I got a chicken sandwich and a cup of soup and I was so impressed with both. I didn't have to wait too long from when I placed the order and when the food was ready. I thought the atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was super attentive and friendly even though I was not dining in. Since I can't eat bread, the server who took my order suggested alternatives so I could still get what I wanted and didn't have to worry about the hassle of reassembling. I also really love the options they have on their menu, there's so much to choose from and all of it sounds amazing! I will definitely be back for lunch again.

Amazing selection of food, the menu was huge. Our waitress Ashleigh was great. We had the Reuben sandwich and the New Yorker sandwich. The dressing was very tasty. You get a side of dill pickles too!

Great service! Can't beat the free pickle appetizers! They have a large extensive menu. If you can't find something to eat, then you are not hungry. I highly recommend the beef barley soup, clam chowder, the wing ding dinner, the fish and chips, the perch dinner, any of the sandwiches, especially the reuben, and the salads which are HUGE!! You get good value for your hard earned dollars, which is not easy these days! Tables and booths are spaced comfortably apart, and I who use a walker, can easily navigate my way around. I highly recommend New York Deli.
